Shannon Buckner
I graduated with a degree in Hearing Impaired/Deaf Education and Special Education: Mild Interventions from Ball State University in 2005. During my studies, I completed several practicum including residential internships at the Indiana School for the Deaf and St. Rita’s School for the Deaf. I began my teaching career as an intervention specialist at The Good Shepherd Catholic Montessori School in 2008 (at the time, known as Queen of Angels). I continued teaching at GSCM until 2018 while concurrently fulfilling parent and teacher coaching and leadership roles for Muskingum University, Child in Bloom and OptimAll Services. My spirit for teaching and love of children has guided me throughout my career to my current position with OptimAll Services. I reside in Green Township with my husband and four children.
